1. Account Registration and Use
You should register an account using a valid email address, contact information, and enterprise or procurement-related information, and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely updates of the submitted information. Risks arising from false, incomplete, or outdated information shall be borne by you.
Accounts are limited to use by the registered user or their authorized organization. You should properly keep your account, password, and verification code, and shall not transfer, lend, lease, or otherwise provide them to third parties.
2. Platform Services
Fireworks Jiemaotong is a supply-demand matching platform for fireworks foreign trade, providing services such as product browsing, manufacturer directory, supply and demand information, inquiry communication, favorites recording, member information maintenance, and compliance document display. The platform may optimize and adjust service content based on operational needs.
3. User Behavior Rules
When using the platform, you should comply with applicable laws and regulations, industry compliance requirements, and platform rules. You shall not publish false procurement information, infringing content, illegal information, malicious advertisements, or content that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
When it comes to fireworks product procurement, transportation, import/export, display, and related compliance matters, you should independently confirm the laws, regulations, permits, transportation conditions, and safety standards of the target country or region.
4. Information Protection

6. Amendment of Agreement
The platform may update this agreement based on business development, laws and regulations, or service adjustments. The updated agreement will be published on the platform and take effect from the date of publication or the specified effective date. Your continued use of the platform services constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
